New Developments

New products to hit the shelves recently include our popular ‘Party Mussels’. This product consists of 12 half shell mussels drizzled in a delicious garlic and lemon butter sauce and topped with breadcrumbs. This new product can be cooked directly from frozen in the tray provided in approximately 10 minutes. Party mussels are a convenient, quick and delicious menu option. It is ideal for entertaining, for finger-food or as a meal solution that brings a restaurant dining experience to your home.

We are currently working on new flavoured toppings to expand this half shell product range which will shortly be available. Coming soon we will be launching new sauce recipes to extend our existing range of vacuum packed whole shell mussels in both the food service and retail sector. Also soon available in the food service and retail sectors is our new and exciting breaded mussel meats range. This product can be deep fried or oven baked and is ideal for tapas, snacks and entertaining. We have a number of other new and exciting innovative products planned for launch in the coming months, so please stay tuned for updates on our products and watch out for them as they hit the market.
