Boston Seafood Show 2009
Preparations are nearly finished for our annual participation at the International Boston Seafood Show. This year we have entered three items into the New Product Showcase and Competition:
Two retail products -
- Mussels in a Creamy Smoked Salmon Sauce
- Mussels Nuggets
And one food service product –
- Mussels in a Creamy Lime & Ginger Sauce
This year the last day of the show falls on St Patrick’s Day so we will be handing out badges to help people fly the flag not just for Bantry Bay Seafoods but also for Ireland and St Patrick!
